Taqueria Arandas has locations all over town. On a recent rainy day, we stopped by #3. Arandas is what’s called a “Jalisco style” taqueria, a term I picked up over at the excellent Taco Town blog.
Nice lettering on the menu.
Pork leg taco and taco al pastor. Nice caramelization on that pastor. We’ll definitely be working this place into the rotation.
